Sheffield Children's Festival and the Lord Mayors Parade

 

Class 1E had the opportunity of working with a local artist to create resources for Sheffield Children's Festival. 

The theme of their art work was the chinese dragon.

  

   

  

 

The Lord Mayors Parade

The parade set off from Devonshire Green where class 1E met the Lady Mayoress

Despite the rain everyone was excited for the parade to start and the masks, banners, flags and musical instruments were all in place.

  

     

     

     

Everone was invited to join in the fun.

  

The Parade made its way through Sheffield towards the Winter Gardens.
